| Paolo
Tullio is the host and the author of the Food and Wine Net, a site dedicated
to the joys of food and wine. He is the restaurant reviewer and wine correspondent
for the Irish Independent and also contributes articles on life-style and
travel to Food and Wine Magazine, most of which can be found on this site.
He is an actor and broadcaster, his television series "North of Naples, South of Rome" has been shown in Ireland and in many countries around the world. He has acted on the Dublin stage at The Gate Theatre and at The Tivoli, his film work includes parts in Neil Jordan's "The Butcher Boy" and in John Boorman's "The General" and most recently "The Tailor of Panama". Paolo is a resident critic on RTE's hit show 'The Restaurant', which is now in its second series.
